Titled “The Responsibilities of Citizenship,” the discussion among Colonial Williamsburg’s Churchill Bell honorees – journalist Jim Lehrer, retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and historian Gordon Wood – will be moderated by Andrea Mitchell, NBC chief foreign affairs correspondent.
