Huzzah! BBQ Grille Debuts New Menu
Huzzah! BBQ Grille re-opens at 5 p.m. May 27. This Colonial Williamsburg dining venue is located off route 60 near the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center.
Diners are sure to enjoy Huzzah’s new menu, with barbecue front and center. Selections include slow-cooked beef short ribs, pulled pork quesadilla, chicken, St. Louis-style pork ribs and country-style baby backed ribs, all cooked to perfection in Huzzah BBQ Grille’s signature barbecue sauce created by executive chef Rhys Lewis and his culinary team.
The menu also offers signature baked beans, Southern-style collard greens, macaroni and cheese, chicken wraps, salmon, carne asada salad, mojito-grilled chicken salad, creamy coleslaw and freshly made pizzas. Children will enjoy Coleman Farms all natural chicken tenders and all natural hot dogs, cheeseburgers and junior pizzas made at the table by the kids and baked just for them.
Desserts are worth waiting for, with a kitchen sink sundae, carrot-lemon cheese cake, home-style deep-dish pie and mint melt away. The menu is priced right for families, with entrees from $10.50 to $24, and hand-tossed made-to-order pizzas from $13.50 to $20. Sandwiches are priced from $9 to $12. Huzzah’s bar menu includes specialty drinks such as mint julep and Lynchburg lemonade, domestic and imported bottled beers and Virginia draft beers.
Huzzah! BBQ Grille is located at 113 Visitor Center Drive off Bypass Road (Route 60) in Williamsburg. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m. daily, except Sunday and Tuesday.
