New video: Moving Robertson’s Windmill

Moving Robertson's WindmillRobertson’s Windmill, a treasured Historic Area landmark, moved to a new home last night. A team of house moving experts worked with Colonial Williamsburg architects, archaeologists, historians and tradesmen to settle the windmill on new footings at Great Hopes Plantation. The new location will revive the windmill’s role at the heart of rural life.
